Radisson Blu Hotel Cebu wins 12 culinary medals

Radisson Blu Cebu spiced up the recent Cebu Goes Culinary 2014, taking home 12 medals from one of the most prestigious culinary competitions in the local food and beverage industry. In its 10th year, the event was organized by the Hotel, Resort and Restaurant Association of Cebu (HRRAC).

The culinary team, headed by the hotel’s executive chef Frederic Cyr and executive sous chef Randy Origenes, created exceptional dishes and exquisite plating that impressed world-renowned and celebrity chef judges from all over the country.

Radisson Blu Cebu’s awards included:

  • Pralines – Gold Award
  • Chef Wars – Silver Award
  • Dream Team Challenge – Silver Award
  • Delicate Plating – Bronze Award
  • Dress the Cake – Bronze Award
