Radisson Hotel Portland Airport completes renovation

Radisson® today announced the completion of a three-year, multimillion-dollar renovation of its Radisson Hotel Portland Airport in Oregon.

“We are in the final stages of a brand-wide renovation, aimed at refreshing the Radisson portfolio across our more than 150 hotels in the Americas,” said Javier Rosenberg, chief operating officer, Radisson, Americas. “We are on track to have the entire portfolio completed by 2015, making Radisson one of the most refreshed hotel brands in North America.”

The hotel’s newly completed renovation includes all 190 guestrooms, the lobby, the business center, the fitness center, the restaurant and lounge, and its entire meeting space. The renovated guestrooms include new furniture, paint, carpet, enhanced lighting and refrigerators. The lobby features new furniture, artwork, lighting, flooring and wall coverings. The guest corridors received enhanced lighting, carpet and wall coverings. The Lakeside Bar & Grill received new seating, wall treatments and updated lighting.

“Our focus has been to enhance the guest experience in all areas of the hotel. We are confident our guests will enjoy the updated look and feel of our hotel from the moment they walk in the door,” said Becky Fields, general manager.

The Radisson Hotel Portland Airport is located just minutes from Portland International Airport and offers complimentary airport shuttle service. The hotel is in close proximity to the Oregon Zoo, Portland Rose Garden, Lloyd Center and Portland Saturday Market.
