Radisson® has announced the completion of a $2 million renovation of the Radisson Hotel Santa Maria in Calif.
“We are thrilled to be in the final stages of a brand-wide renovation, aimed at refreshing the Radisson portfolio across our more than 150 hotels in the Americas,” said Javier Rosenberg, chief operating officer, Radisson, Americas. “We are on track to have the entire portfolio completed by 2015, making Radisson the most refreshed hotel brand in North America.”
The hotel’s newly completed renovations include the hotel lobby and atrium, all 184 guestrooms, its meeting space, fitness and business centers, the heated outdoor pool and the lounge. The renovated guestrooms include new bedding, with an updated color palette; enhanced lighting; window treatments; artwork and refrigerators. The lobby features new furniture and comfortable seating areas, new flooring and wall coverings. The guest corridors received enhanced lighting, carpet and wall coverings.
“We are confident that guests will enjoy the updated look and feel of our hotel, and our Yes I Can!SM service, from the moment they walk in the door,” said Jean-luc Garon, general manager.
The Radisson Hotel Santa Maria is located just minutes from California’s Central Coast and adjacent to the Santa Maria Public Airport. The hotel also offers guests close proximity to Santa Barbara Wine Country and the Foxen Canyon Wine Trail, Vandenberg Air Base, Coca-Cola, Okonite, C&D Zodiac, Santa Maria Museum of Flight and Allen Hancock College.
