Club CarlsonSM wins top loyalty campaign at the 2013 Mega Awards

Club CarlsonSM, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group’s global hotel loyalty program, took top honors for “Loyalty Campaign of the Year” at the 2013 Mega Awards. Club Carlson was recognized for its year-end campaign in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Now in its fourth year, the annual Mega Awards gala was held on November 13, as part of Mega Event 2013 in Vancouver. Created to honor genuine innovation in the airline and travel industry, a Mega Award is the highest accolade to be presented to a loyalty, ancillary revenue and social media program and the campaigns it produces. Only six trophies are awarded each year.
