When it comes to Thanksgiving Day turkey, Chef Jim Kyndberg, from our Firelake Grill House and Cocktail Bar in downtown Minneapolis, has a few secrets up his sleeve for the more than 300 birds on his grocery list! As he prepares for a full house of holiday guests this year, Chef Jim finds himself as the featured guest chef in a Thanksgiving series on local Minneapolis television station, WCCO. He joined reporter Aristea Brady in his kitchen this past weekend to share his turkey brining secrets (see photo at right).
