Radisson Blu Edwardian continues to earn accolades from travelers. In a new survey of 8,267 readers of Which?, Radisson Blu Edwardian was ranked as the second best hotel chain in Britain. Radisson Blu Edwardian, with 14 hotels and more than 400 guestrooms, earned a score of 77 percent for its customer service, just one point shy of the winning Q Hotels. Park Inn^® by Radisson received a rating of 55 percent.

Which?, an online travel magazine, polled readers to determine the best of 36 U.K. hotel chains. Hotels were rated in six categories, including cleanliness, customer service, bed comfort, room fixtures, breakfast and value for money. The results were based on 8,267 hotel stays in the past year.
