New Country Inn & Suites opens today in Dallas

Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group today announced the further expansion of the Country Inns & Suites By CarlsonSM brand in Texas. The opening of Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Dallas-Love Field (Medical Center) marks the brand’s growth in the region as part of our Ambition 2015 strategy. 

“The brand has established a strong footprint in Texas with 21 Country Inns & Suites locations,” said Scott Meyer, senior vice president, Midscale Brands, Americas. “The continued growth in this region is another step forward in our plan to expand the brand primarily in the U.S., Canada, India and Mexico.” 

The hotel offers 146 guestrooms and features amenities that include complimentary high-speed Internet, a well-equipped fitness center, a seasonal outdoor pool, a whirlpool and an inviting outdoor common space with a fireplace (pictured at right). In addition, all rooms feature a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. 

The hotel is centrally located near the medical district and is just six miles from Dallas Love Field Airport and eight miles from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Three golf courses, a tennis center and the Dallas Market Center are also nearby.
